You can be hired in a short time

Cons

On-Call 24-7 The pay is under $40k The Direct Care staff is underpaid, which causes a high turnover in employment or lack of applications submitted and the QIDP has to work numerous direct care shifts at minimum wage. You have to wait 6 months before you can use a PTO day off.

Cons

The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
