      Love being around the clients.

      Cons

      Corporate America at it's worst! ResCare has lost sight of why they are in business. Low pay for the staff who are "in the trenches", while the corporate higher up reap the cash.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
