      The care providers and clients were wonderful the caregivers are genuine they understand team work and really like their clients . Some office employees are really good at what they do and it shows. Monthly management meetings build team morale

      Cons

      Upper management is horrible. No support all about money. Back stabbing mentality. Lack of job training .upper management treats caregivers like they are beneath them. They don’t like you to have ideas

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
