Since we work on some of the most cutting edge technologies and business issues in media and marketing today (developing and monetizing online video) everyday at BrightRoll is intellectually stimulating, challenging, demanding, rewarding and incredibly fun. We work with an exceptional group of really talented people -- very smart, very witty, very generous and very friendly. We all share the fact that we are working on some very new and exciting issues that are likely to affect the future of broadcast marketing for years to come. The atmosphere is "start up" savvy - that is, a light environment working on serious items. We have an open office space - no offices, no politics, no heavy hierarchy. There is a universal and mutual respect for all of our colleagues and we all take a lot of pride in the progress and growth we've been able to achieve. And, that's the way we BrightRoll!
Cons
Downsides are typical start up frustrations - too much work, too little resources, too few conference rooms, growing too fast, trying to fix some of the most complex problems in the media industry in half the time it took to create them.
