Pros

Easy work, and you could take your doggy children to work with you sometimes

Cons

Manager was a wolf in sheep's clothing her mannerisms sucked and she would talk about other employees badly in front of you. Even if your a brand new employee she was a disaster of a manager that's why I quit, I thought her energy was great when I first started but that turned out to be false, I was miserable being on her team, she complained EVERY day. Her comradery sucked, she was a drag. Other managers were OK. What manager does that? Talks about current employees... That's very unprofessional. I was there 3 months and said forget it, I can't do this.

Pros

The work was rote and easy. You can bring your dog to work.

Cons

Low pay. Unaffordable health insurance. Unprofessional office culture. One of the HR staff is nasty and dishonest. No coaching, Only reprimands. No leadership training. Only management training (not the same thing). One employee who ensures job security by kissing up to management because her behavior would never be tolerated anywhere else. She operates in manipulation and feels threatened by anyone who doesn't play along. She is the common denominator in several conflicts, but somehow is always seen as the victim. Everyone is deceived by her flattery. No path forward for non-cronies. If you have to get in, get out fast, before you get sucked into the vortex of phoniness.
