Pros
- family feeling with all coworkers, I really liked going to work - best general manager, Tyler Martin he really makes that place what it is without him many people would not go to the restaurant - always super busy, especially during racetrack
Cons
- limited time-off - cant be late, but that is with any job - some assistant managers don't care about you or what you have to say - they will at times back up customer instead of you
