They should seriously consider WFH option on permanent basis, it's need of the hour. Or they may be left behind, compared to TCS, Infosys, IBN , Atos and many more.

I love the people I work with. I’m constantly learning with every project, and I feel appreciated for my skills and talents. My boss is awesome and gives me a lot of freedom. He's friendly, open, honest, and a great mentor. I think he believes in my abilities more than I sometimes do, which pushes me to take on challenges that help me grow and be a valuable asset to the company. Our team is made up of generally happy people, which makes even the tough jobs feel manageable. I’ve also never worked on a brand I wasn’t excited about, which keeps the work feeling meaningful and fun.
Cons
- The emphasis on time tracking/timesheets creates constant stress around balancing billability and over-logging hours.
- My role and responsibilities have grown but my compensation hasn't changed much over the last several years.
- No bonuses.
Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore.
Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange.
Promotions only given to offshore team members.
No culture - the culture is getting the company more money.
Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
