Pros
- iAPPS could be a good product with a little more polish and focus on UX. - The company size means you know everyone. - Unrealized potential (that likely never will be realized) - Regardless of the negativity in my comments to management, I did learn a lot. - Put up with the company for a few years and you will advance as others leave. - Can pay well because they have trouble hiring.
Cons
- The CEO listens but does not know how to follow through. He hires smart people and then grinds them down until they follow his him instead of listening to his team. - Bridgeline cannot decide if it wants to be a product or services company. It relies on revenue from its services arm but starves it for resources causing pain for customers. - Work hard, work harder atmosphere. - It is hard to work at a shrinking company. - Raises are few and far between if you don't fight for them.
