      Great pay & benefits. Very tech forward & big in to AI

      Cons

      Horrible Medical affairs leadership. Most have 0 experience in their role & extremely weak leaders as a whole. CEO is a diva & loves to hear her own voice. Never end a CEO before and it shows. Way too hands on.

      Very DIY and collaborative, the intention is there but I don't see a lot of smart decisions at the higher levels of my work hierarchy.
