Pros
Easy job, great place to work if you're in school and need a job where you can study. They are ultimately working for a good cause.
Cons
The hours are kept just below full-time for most Resident Advisors so that they don't have to pay benefits. There is little to no opportunity for growth. Very low hourly wage. Long shifts, from 12 - 14 hours.
