Cons
The company is transforming from being a small one with no strict processes to more than 30 people and needing at least some processes and procedures, which is fine and natural, and they started implementing some. The company had a fast growth in the last period which created the need for more middle management in order to dedicate quality time for employee feedback and development. But this is all being dealt with as we speak.
