Pros
It was fun working at Bricks 4 Kidz Thailand. First, I was Full Time Instructor for 3 years then moved to Part Time (afterschool classes / boot camps facilitator / Weekend Instructor) when we had our baby. Everything stopped during the pandemic. After, I rejoined the team again and stayed as Part Time (per Hour) in preparation to move here in UK. Had the chance to travel around Bangkok, meet people, sharing kids ideas, and learn to communicate with kids and parents.
Cons
Travel time during afterschool coz of the dense traffic in Bangkok. Hard to handle some of the kids but can also help you develop your managing skills.
