      Pros

      + Good compensation for a starting role. + Continuous learning especially about languages and current events + Awesome people. You will meet and work with different people from around the world which is a good way to improve your English speaking skills. I am currently part of a team and I appreciate how they help me adjust and improve my role as a CPS. + The job is perfect for introverts too, especially for those who love reading, and into social media + I like their 8 hours work shift and 5 shifts per week set up, compared to my previous job which I have to go OTs and required me to work 6 times a week. + No graveyard shifts which is totally favorable for me :)

      Cons

      - No social security and health benefits. - You have to provide your own work tools. - Your shift schedule may change every week, but it's fine for me since they provide schedules ahead of time :)

      Pros

      - Open communication with all team members and managers, everyone is very accessible and supportive - Opportunities come up a lot because of growth

      Cons

      - Scheduling can be difficult depending on the team you're on, it shifts and isn't always consistent

      Pros

      Flexible work location: I really appreciate the ability to work from anywhere, which offers great flexibility and work-life balance. Supportive colleagues: The team is friendly and approachable. It's easy to coordinate with colleagues when shift swaps are needed. Approachable leadership: Shift Managers and Trainers are easy to talk to and supportive, which makes the work environment more comfortable and productive.

      Cons

      While the work environment is positive and supportive, competitive compensation would make the overall experience even better.
