Great barista training, fast paced coffee shop work environment.
Cons
Management sends out schedule on a Friday night for that COMING MONDAY, making it uneasy to plan anything in life. Your only days off are during the weekdays typically. No breaks. Staff is unhappy making it an unpleasant place to be mentally day to day. On top of the limited staff while still being expected to manage high volume traffic from the pandemic. Most restaurants are closed a 1-3 days right now because they acknowledge their staff is being overworked during their shifts. Pay more or create a better work environment.
