Pros

Hybrid position has a flexible schedule, quiet working environment, they have food party/ treats sometimes at the office (specially holidays as Thanksgiving) less pressure and good vacation, bonus, benefits policies.

Cons

Feel too quiet sometimes and less motivation, lots of training and changing/update in management. Less opportunity for growth and for promotion. Because the headquarter is located in Germany so you would expect to work in holidays during month-end close and get a floating day later. Only 2 days for closing so it is quite rush if you have lots of reports/ entries to do on time.

Pros

Good retirement package and health benefits.

Cons

Global leadership is terrible, HR head in North America is cold and defensive. Fall in line, don’t speak up, don’t be proactive, don’t make waves, don’t give feedback, don’t disturb the status quo. They preach values for workforce to apply while leadership could not care less unless you are in some inner circle. Very difficult to make any positive contributions with roadblocks and red tape every step of the way. Culture is very toxic and feeling overworked is the norm. Almost no chance for promotions and company will use you and string you along without caring about your growth.
