      Pros

      its a young company and we can have quite a lot of fun doing our jobs. its exciting to be part of the journey of this brand and helping them break into the industry and grow

      Cons

      The pay for all staff members is below the market average. I've taken on the Role of an assistant manager, Key Holder, And running the service centre for Australia and New Zealand. and there hasn't been any change to my compensation structure.

      Pros

      Fun company, no micromanaging, opportunity to work on different aspects of the brand on any given day, creativity is welcomed.

      Cons

      Doesn’t matter how hard you work, how dedicated you are to the cause, how much they appreciate all you do, you are dispensable very easily at the end. They do play favorites so openly too. Most unorganized, lack luster leadership that fail to inspire.
