Pros

- Engaging, Challenging Projects: Work that continually stretches your abilities and keeps you interested. - Skilled, Supportive Team: Collaborate with knowledgeable colleagues and leaders who help you grow. - Meaningful Mission: Make a real difference by assisting people in need, adding purpose to every project. - Diverse Opportunities: Whether it’s design, marketing, QA, infrastructure, machine learning, AI, customer support, affiliate marketing, interviewing, PM, or mobile development, you can explore a wide range of interests. - Tangible Impact: The features you build have measurable outcomes, so you can see the direct results of your work. - Autonomy and Ownership: You manage your own tasks, follow-ups, and performance metrics, taking charge of your success. - Continuous Learning and Growth: You’ll regularly expand your skill set and stay challenged, ensuring ongoing professional development. - Generous Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage, remote work flexibility, home office budget, a monthly meal allowance, and a significant annual bonus.

Cons

- Less Traditional Structure: Devs that prefer the structure of a large company and that prefer direct management may not thrive here. The typical chain of command (product owner, stakeholders, project manager, team lead) isn’t really in place yet. Senior devs, especially, should be comfortable with fast-paced work and full ownership from start to finish. - Remote Culture May Not Suit Everyone: There is a Toronto office but devs outside of the GTA that are used to a more social office setting might not like remote work style
