Mentorship is lacking trainees separated by 3 floors from lawyers

Hardworking but rewarding conditions within a small but highly qualified team. The integration within the BF networks is an asset in term of meeting a lot of new other interns.

Communication and responsabilisation of interns could be improved. Also feedback is non existent.
