The CEO behind Breazy.com is the reason I joined the company early on, he has a personal interest in your success and career development. Has remained approachable and directly invested in your success. Breazy.com is a company within which you dictate your success based on your work ethic and going above and beyond. You get out of the position what you put into it and can easily find yourself moving onto other opportunities based on that. Since my first days at Breazy.com, we have had a family mentality, as we succeed or fail together. My suggestion to any candidates or former employees is to please curb your ego at the door, this is a team effort, not a one-person show. In these past three years, I have seen the testimonials of our customers regarding our care to their needs and how we time and time again rise beyond their expectations. That's what Breazy looks for in their employees. Be ready to work hard, be a team player, and enjoy challenges. The pros are too many to list but first and foremost it is a company that listens to the input from both customers and employees and makes changes accordingly. Personally, it has been both an honor and privilege to be part of this company and easily the most fulfilling experience of my professional career.

Funny to see the fact that they don’t even bother trying to make their fake reviews sound real tells a lot.. young and inexperienced team that has no clue. Long hours of working is common in majority of startups (which they are not either), but employees can still go home not hating their job and feel good about the work they put in. The work is easy, just the managers and the nonsense you have to put up with is not worth the poor pay and how they treat you. CEO micromanaged and is in his own head- don’t advertise your Ivy League degrees if you don’t know how to use them or have the EQ to match.
