Management only cares about high selling routes in which there are only 3 or 4 out of the 20-30 routes. They go off of a goal system where you are supposed to achieve at least 80% every month on top of management goals that aren't mentioned until the last week of the month and are expected to be hit before your personal goals. If you don't hit your personal goals then you get written up and if your managers don't hit their goals they blame it on the sales reps. Also managers are very condescending towards their reps during their "Work with". They go through every miniscule detail and tell you what you did wrong and if it isn't fixed in a timely manner, no matter what time of day, you'll get written up. It's a very toxic work environment and I would not recommend to anyone who would like to stay sane.
