      A very good culture with truly amazing people to work with. The collaboration, recognition, leadership, and overall ways of interacting are extraordinary.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the whole beverage alcohol industry is down. This is not a fault of Breakthru. Just a current reality and challenge they are dealing with.

      Flexibility of schedule. My coworkers and direct manager were mostly great, more my manager than anything.

      Cons

      Terrible upper management. It was a new program for Diageo and the amount of money wasted on BS blew my mind. Pay for your employees gas.
