Pros
Genuinely everyone in the company was so nice and loved working with them everyday. C-suite are all very professional, knowledgeable and experiences in their fields as well, and, the most important thing, they LISTEN to you. They are genuinely open minded about suggestions and opinions on the direction of the company, as well as how we run the company to make it a happy and inclusive team. Even though, sadly, there was a laid off last year, the laid off was handled and delivered well. It's just sad to leave such a lovely space and lovely people behind. The company has a good goal and ambition to work for, too, which was a big deal for me. I also felt very supported as well even though it was a small company. I think it's not very easy to do this in a small company.
Cons
Just the nature of the startup environment isn't very friendly at the moment. it would have done so well if it was founded 5 years earlier.
