Pros
Was able to work from home, and most of the time was able to make my own hours unless I needed to set up client meetings.
Cons
Most of the people you work with are interns with no experience. When I was first hired I was told a Yearly bonus off my PKI every time I bring up the bonus they would tell me we are still working on it. The Company is BOYD in a normal case this would be fine, other than the fact they dont use VPN, MDM, or even security device scan unless you need to access the client environment, and client data is saved on the BOYD login password for SSH or VPN for live and testing environment. The Breachlock platform has so many errors on the client side and the inner, side making day-to-day work hard and time-consuming. They only had 6 PMs when I was working there 1 USA, 3 in India, and 2 UK with a total of over 700 clients, after the salesman was done with the client the PM would take care of everything about 116 clients each PM and upper-management did not care that customers would not get the best service need to get penetration test done Last, The training they give to all you new PMs is a joy in so many ways.
