Pros

Great, high-quality training modules and other products. Perfect for anyone who shares a last name with the CEO or a small handful of others.

Cons

Insular, with high-nepotism. They don't like outside ideas or anything that challenges what they think is the right thing to do. Nobody has ANY outside experience so people are doing jobs they have no qualifications to do resulting in shoddy, poor-quality work. Instead of being open to learning how to do things properly to ensure a high-quality outcome that meets company goals, feelings get hurt and they ice you out (as another reviewer mentioned). For instance, they literally have zero data on their customers, clients or anything that would give them basic insight into their audience, and when it was brought up, they didn't want to hear it (some even felt personally offended, as if they were being blamed for something. It doesn't really make much sense). I have never worked with such a sensitive group of people. This is a business, folks, not high school. My advice to job seekers: do NOT work for a company that claims to be a "family." They are NOT your family, they pay your bills.

Pros

Fully remote and you receive health insurance benefits immediately after your start date

Cons

When I was first hired, every person on my team openly shared that they were actively looking for new jobs. The environment was extremely disorganized, and it was clear they were losing an alarming number of clients. It became evident that the business model was failing, and employees were starting to recognize it. There was also a noticeably high turnover in management roles.
