Our founders have a strong vision and the ability to execute. This is borne out in our results. We've achieved tremendous growth in customers and revenue, and a feeling of optimism pervades the entire Company. Our finance organization has also been strengthened with the addition of first-class, experienced people who can lead us through our next steps in our company journey. -While Braze has grown significantly, there is still much opportunity for new employees as we expand with our addressable market; Braze is an excellent Braze to come learn and grow. -The Company has a strong culture. Management and the People Team work hard to cultivate an environment that is welcoming and inclusive. Swag abounds, and it's much appreciated. -Braze is full of good, positive people. Everyone is friendly and helpful. People are open and motivated. People care. Everyone is rowing the boat in the same direction, with the same goals. I cannot say the same for previous employers.

-Since the Company is growing so rapidly, everyone is busy, and finding the proper work/life balance can be challenge; it's no one's fault, it's just a symptom of such a fast paced, growing organization. -There's much political and social conversation, some of which may impact team members. Some would prefer to focus on their jobs without that commentary from the organization.
