Corporate pays them the commission, they take 95% of it and give you the rest, feels scammy and like you're working hard for nothing. Working full time meant part time pay despite being in top 40. Felt like i was being dragged down for doing good. You also get heavily punished for not selling enough despite awful deals and too many fees, it feels harsh and extremely unmotivating. Work hard, do your best but still get punished and get far less compensation seems to be the motto.
