Good entry level experience for young people.

Didn't work that many hours because of school.

BraunAbility provides an opportunity to make an impact in many ways, whether you are a laborer, manager, or staff. It provides plenty of opportunities for upward mobility, with many examples of managers coming from the plant floor. The company promotes community volunteer activities, which creates a strong giving culture and fosters strong teams.

The products, given the nature of what is required to make them, are expensive, which limits the opportunities for ownership. The company relies heavily on 3rd party assistance to fund vehicle ownership. BraunAbility truly does work hard to improve affordability, but given that new cars are $50,000, there are only so many opportunities to do that.
