      Management was understanding and approachable.

      The training wasn't always very in-depth as I was sent to a few job sites without being completely comfortable being on my own.

      Pros

      Great with time off. Decent benefits. The ESOP is wonderful and there are plenty of opportunities for travel! Plenty of overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      Work hours can be different everyday. Somedays I would be done at 2pm some I wouldn't leave the office until 8pm.
