Poor working environment. - Shift Manager Braum's Employee Review

This company claims repeatedly that they are a family company but the truth is they only care about their family assets and revenue and not about their employees. They control strict labor and food percentages, therefore heavy loads of work will fall on the person on charge, extending overtime work but then refuse to pay it at an overtime rate. They also pay a third party company to do nothing but sit in front of a monitor and watch their employees. Cameras are installed everywhere throughout the restaurants including the walk in freezers. Not to ensure employees’ safety but rather to ensure they’re not stealing.
