Not great - Anonymous employee Braskem Employee Review

No resources given to the employees and set up of goals very hard or impossible to achieve unless you do extra hours every day, no clear written processes on how things are done, managers are managers and not leaders, your voice is not heard and your opinions are not respected unless those opinions match with managers personal interests. Work-life balance is very poor and sometimes there is a very toxic work environment on some areas. No extra benefits for emoloyees.
