1. The management is extremely poor, and the way they treated employees was really disappointing. 2 They don’t pay salaries properly and often make unnecessary salary deductions.

1. Workload can be high during peak project timelines 2. Processes still evolving, need more structured frameworks 3. Limited onsite opportunities as of now 4. Some resource management and communication gaps 5. Career growth path needs to be more clearly defined
