-Lower level employees want/try to create a genuinely inclusive, supportive environment. -Lower level employees are also incredibly creative and talented. -Product is fun and diverse albeit buggy. -Great clients hosting interesting events on the platform. -Pay is good when payments aren’t late or being withheld due to poor spending.
Cons
-CEO’s initial vision of creativity, inclusivity and healthy work/life balance has died completely. Culture now lacks diversity and is based on fear and unreasonable expectations. -Severe lack of communication and transparency from leadership. -Severe lack of direction in general. -Performative DEI efforts from leadership and appropriation of Black culture in company meetings. -Tokenization of POC and LGBTQ+ employees. -No proper QA process for product releases resulting in negative client experiences.
