Brandes is a small business that really cares about employees and customers! Unlike similar companies, Brandes is well past the founder's phase and has a talented management staff in place that truly understands their customer's needs. I truly believe leadership really cares! The company offers many outstanding perks including a sound benefits package, a really high-end holiday party, and fun events during the year for employee families. They are building a company that people want to work for, and customers want to partner with.

Very few employees leave the company.

They have nice health benefits. They have occasional leadership training. I do not concern myself with work after I leave work. But that is the nature of my position.

Most of the company is based on contracts, so if you are on the part of the house, you worry about who you are working for, salary and if you are working every few years. That can be stressful. Sometimes managment doesn't have your best interest in mind. The do not utilize your skills where it would best for your growth or your abilities.
