Pros
You probably won’t be there for more than 3 months since the average tenure is 2 months due to poor hiring processes or one of the layoffs every 6 months. So you won’t have time for the psychological warfare to permanently damage you.
Cons
There is no better way to describe what’s wrong with this company than their most recent layoff. Several people called to a last minute zoom meeting. Where we were laid off by a woman on mute. Who once she realized was on mute got mad at the people she was laying off for asking her to repeat herself. Ended our health insurance that day and made us pay to have our equipment shipped back. On top of it. After being laid off NO ONE on my team received a call from management. Because they do not care. This is the cheapest company I’ve ever encountered. They lie to get you to join and then DARE you to call them on it. Zero processes. Zero success. RUN don’t walk away. Oh and the difference card they say pays for your high deductible health plan that’s still $200 a month? Doesn’t cover emergency rooms or surgeries.
