      Insurance is less than $100 a month

      Cons

      No perks, no company culture, no schedule flexibility even though work can be done anywhere and anytime. Literally, all work can be done elsewhere...

      Pros

      Management is amazing! They hear you and quickly escalate/update if necessary. Remote company. Friendly faces. Merch Ops team is growing and becoming stronger then ever.

      Fast growing company so you get to learn a lot

      Cons

      It's like working for mean girls. Even the HR is horrible! Some of the things that came out of her mouth were shocking and needed to be reported. There was also a HIPPA violation. Senior management was even worse!
