Pros
- Get to talk to cool influencers and their management - The office is gorgeous and located in a great spot right downtown Toronto by Union Station - A small, small commission on brands you find to work (10% on new, 5% if they came back)
Cons
- Low pay - Expected to work 8:30-5:30 and attend daily meetings that start at 5:30 - Brands listed on website have never and aren't running campaigns with them - Campaigns active currently (May/June 2015) are not real - Management has no background in social media, only looking for you to get them sales leads - Business model is not lasting, brands can do direct to influencers or have a marketing agency do it well and professional - 85% of staff are still in post-secondary - Formal wear, ties a must and ladies pretty much must dress to impress
