Fun, creative, teams. Inclusive. Good communication with staff. Base plus performance pay. Opportunities for growth (they hire from within when possible).
Cons
Some growing pains with organization and the launch of new product and service lines. Nothing that couldn't be worked through but in some cases was a bit frustrating until workflows began to jive.
