Pros
Some of the best reasons to work at Branch Insurance include rapport, responsibility, and reach. The amount of hard-working, motivated, and generous people I have met in the few months since I've joined Branch. My team, as well as the people throughout the company, are very willing to get to know you, tell you about themselves, and help you whenever you reach out. Personally, I have gained so much more responsibility and room to grow in this job, allowing me to enjoy my work so much more than at any other job. I also have the opportunity to use that extra responsibility to gain more upward momentum in my career.
Cons
The only cons of this job are synonymous with the general cons of working at a startup. Since we are still building from the ground up, there are too many responsibilities and too few people to handle them, which can cause employees to be pulled in different directions and work longer hours. While Branch is actively trying to fix this, it is a con nonetheless for now.
