Poor management styles. Upper management does not take any complaints or concerns seriously.

- the senior manager does not know how to communicate , extremely rude and disrespectful manipulative does not know how to execute tasks effectively. - a lot of favouritism in the workplace unfortunately - can’t move up in the company expect to stay where you’re in the role for years unless you’re related - you have to punch in and punch out with a card which is ridiculous do you not trust your employees?
