Pros
The team environment is great, and there is a good office vibe. A lot of perks that may not appear in paychecks, but you feel like management understands work-life balance
Cons
The pay isn't the greatest, and the job itself can get a little stressful (outside customers can be a bit much). It's a small organization, so there's not a lot of opportunity for growth within.
