-Great culture within the company, very collaborative environment. Everyone in the the company is supportive and helpful, and willing to take the time to help one another to solve problems and work more effectively -Opportunities to meet and work with coworkers based in other countries (really helps to foster a positive environment and accelerate projects) -Flexibility with work hours and working remotely -Great benefits -It's a positive experience to work with both the senior management and HR team members directly, they are very down-to-earth and receptive to feedback -Lots of opportunities for leadership and career growth
