-okay work life balance, probably because communication is so bad so you get a lot of time to yourself to work

-horrible communication between superiors and staff
-employees are asked to wear many hats for little pay
-superiors cancel meetings last minute and expect everyone to be available only when they are
-if any employee had any issue or concern with anything, nothing would be done or fixed or even addressed
-was told by fellow employees that if you speak up about unfair treatment, ask for a promotion/raise, etc, you will risk being "let go" as it has happened to employees in the past
-they pay employees over seas about $10usd and they work overtime because of how much work they're asked to do but they're not allowed over time pay
-most employees expressed unhappiness but needed a job
-overall horrible work environment
