Pros
I've been a freelance worker for this company for almost 3 years. I have nothing but amazing things to say. Everyone that works there is so polite and courteous. They value mental health, vacations, etc. I've never taken time off and had an issue. I give them notice and they're more than accommodating. I find they're a progressive company that values their workers whether freelance or full time. I've had crazy days where my work load couldn't accommodate their turn around time and they were very understanding. Granted, it's rare it happens. I really give my all as a freelancer to an employer so definitely don't abuse their kindness. BUT when things do happen, when life happens they are so wonderful. I also LOVE my job here. I have creative freedom, I get helpful feedback, there's a lot of love and respect at this company. I can't say enough great things about it. I'm thankful to work for them and be a part of such diverse creative projects. They like to try new things and are open to new ad ideas, creatives and testing things which I find refreshing from typical corporate America. Truly a wonderful place to work!
Cons
The only downside is I can't count on consistent hours because projects fluctuate. However as a freelancer it's on me to keep steady clients that I can count on. They've never promised me a certain amount of hours or anything. I've had months where it's gangbusters and it's hard to keep up and others where it's slow. But it depends on a lot of factors and they explain why and are awesome about it. So I don't really view it as a con.
