Pros

The culture at BMT is a very supportive one, you are expected to work hard here but you are given all the tools needed to be successful. The people honestly are really great and like anything the more you put into the job the more you will get out of it. The products the company offers are valued very highly by many in the medical field, and once you understand the ins and outs of the products you will enjoy talking to existing and prospective clients about them. The management team work hard to involve the wider team in the direction of the business, but you must be realistic that ultimately most key decisions will be taken from the top. The business has worked hard in recent years to provide development opportunities for the team at large and I know I’ve been super appreciative of their efforts from a personal and a professional standpoint.

Cons

If you work at BMT then you will be expected to put in the necessary time and effort to familiarize yourself thoroughly with the products. If you don’t have any interest in doing that, then this isn’t a good fit for you. **I want to state clearly for any trolls out there that absolutely no one asked me to write this review. I chose to do it as, like most people at BMT, I feel passionately about the company.

Pros

I'm so glad I didn't let the negative reviews (from several years ago) deter me, because I would have missed out on the opportunity to work with an amazing, talented, and fun, group of people. Management and team mates have been nothing less than kind, generous, and helpful. Everyone works really well together to accomplish mutual goals. Small company, so there's nice, personalized little perks that make a difference: Birthday celebrations, snacks and treats, team outings (Just went to the Indians game in a party bus), holiday celebrations together and more. Hard work, positive attitudes, and dedication are recognized and rewarded. The heart of the company is to make a difference in the world and help as many people as they can. If you work here, you get to be a part of that. BrainMaster is a leader in the industry with a great reputation.

Cons

I don't love the hours (9:30-6:30), but I do love missing rush hour! Small, growing company means growing pains, being patient for new projects to pan out, mistakes to learn from, and sometimes your responsibilities are extended to cover other areas where more manpower would be helpful. However, it is also an opportunity to show your dedication and learn new skills by getting the chance to go above and beyond. Attitude is everything.
