Sometimes the turnover is difficult due to the lower wages in a high cost of living area.

Every employee has a voice and is encouraged to develop their skills and interests as it applies to moving the programs forward. There is lots of collaboration with other community organizations. There is a lot of chemistry between employees within the company.

Direct service can be difficult. Compensation could be better, but then again, this is a private non-profit.
