      Pros

      Bozzuto has many internal support groups, including minority groups. Bozzuto also shows employees at every level their importance and how they are appreciated.

      Cons

      It would be nice if Bozzuto offered/ promoted more hybrid/ remote positions for employees that are looking for that form of flexibility.
