Pros
If you work on-site at a property, your experience will be very dependent on what kind of property you are at. That being said, you do have the potential for quick growth and to move around within the company if you work hard enough. The company is big enough to allow a lot of opportunity, but small enough to allow you to make a name for yourself. Nearly everyone I have met within the company is enjoyable to work with. Also, the annual company party is the best - look forward to it all year.
Cons
Entry-level salaries can be fairly low, but like I said previously, there is room for quick growth. Work/life balance (again this depends on the property you are at) can be difficult to manage, and working weekends does get old.
