      - Well known & well respected company - Lots of nice and helpful employees - Enjoyable job - Visa gift cards - Employee Referrals - Looks great on a resume and could kickstart a career! - Senior management is great at recognizing the entry level sales employees - Training at corporate office is usually educational and fun

      Cons

      - Base pay very low! - Bonuses are inconsistent... even for sales people who are consistently the top leasers! - Bonuses are exaggerated during interview process
