      -Good Entry Level if you are not sure what you want to do straight out of college -If you put in your work, you get rewarded with bonuses and promotions decently fast

      Cons

      -Beware of the ownership, can be extremely demanding -Often asked to work overtime with no extra overtime pay. -Varying Schedule that can have you working evenings, weekends, and sometimes up to 7 days in a row. -Don't get sucked into a low starting range. Do some research first before accepting any salary offer
