Pros
Great healthcare benefits You get to meet a lot of people The staff is diverse Growing company with a good reputation in the industry
Cons
Bozzuto boasts about being a top place to work, and I hear it’s great at the corporate office, however the employees working on site at properties have to deal with a lot of different policies. Corporate gets to enjoy holidays while on-site staff has to work Christmas Eve, Easter, and other major holidays! They also have to work when it snows. The pay is too low for the amount of work required and bonuses are only good if your property is meeting budget. The schedule is inconsistent (you work different days each week, and it changes between 8-5, 9-6, and 10-7) You are technically scheduled shorter hours on the weekend but there’s no lunch break allowed & if you work at a busy property you will be staying late just to catch up with paperwork. Some regional managers are great, but I had one who was very rude and condescending. She actually made her employees cry and she talked about them behind their back. There is a lot of favoritism and an "in crowd."
